Life is a journey filled with unexpected turns, moments of self-discovery, and the courage to follow your inner voice—even when the world seems uncertain. My name is Asgar Molla, and this is the story of how I went from a struggling newcomer in Delhi to becoming a remote digital creator, visual artist, and content maker.

🏫 Life After School: The Leap of Faith

After completing my school education, I made a life-changing decision—to move to Delhi, the capital city of India, without finishing my college studies. While many of my friends were pursuing degrees, I chose to chase something different. I had no job, no plan, and barely any knowledge of Hindi, which made things even more difficult.

I spent an entire year searching for work, facing rejection after rejection. Every interview seemed to end the same way: “You don’t speak Hindi well.” At times, I felt hopeless. But I reminded myself of one thing—I had a creative skill that no one could take away from me: painting.

🎨 My First Break: Turning Art Into a Career

One day, I landed a small but meaningful job at a boutique company that needed someone to do fashion sketching. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was a start. For the first time, I realized that my passion for art could actually lead to something real.

That sketching job sparked a bigger dream: what if I could combine my love for art with technology?

🌍 A Great Woman Who Changed My Life

At this turning point in my life, I received a gift I will never forget—the kindness of a great woman from the Western world, Marja Leena Valinen. She believed in my potential and helped me financially so I could pursue proper training in Delhi.

Without her support, I would not have been able to afford the education that shaped my career. Her help was more than just money—it was hope. It reminded me that there are people in the world who see your light, even when it’s dim.

Thank you, Marja Leena Valinen. Your faith in me changed everything.

đź’» Learning the Tools of the Trade

I dedicated the next three years to mastering a range of digital skills. I studied:

  • Graphic Design
  • Animation & Motion Graphics
  • Website Design & Development
  • Social Media Marketing

It wasn’t always easy. I had to learn software, practice late into the night, and keep improving my English and Hindi to survive in a competitive market. But slowly, doors began to open.

đź’Ľ My Creative Career So Far

Over the past 7+ years, I’ve worked in various design roles across companies like PROSOL, 72 Networks, Creson, and Eltex India Pvt. Ltd.. I’ve had the opportunity to design everything from brochures and banners to product videos, websites, animations, and social media campaigns. My work has always focused on creating visual stories that engage, inspire, and deliver results.

I’m skilled in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, WordPress, and emerging AI technologies like ChatGPT and AI voiceover tools. I now specialize in remote design work, combining creativity, marketing strategy, and storytelling.

🏠 Remote Work: Finding Freedom and Focus

Today, I work remotely, and it has changed everything. Working from home allows me to be close to my family, take care of my responsibilities, and explore my creative side more freely.

Remote work also gave me the space to think bigger. I began planning something that has always been close to my heart—creating content that reflects who I truly am.

📹 A New Chapter: Blogging & Video Creation

I’m now working on building my personal website and a video content channel where I share everything from creative design tutorials to lifestyle vlogs and village food recipes. My YouTube channel Asgar Molla Vlogs features:

  • Funny fails and amazing videos
  • Animal and nature moments
  • Personal vlogs and travel stories
  • Village-style Bengali cooking through my new food channel: Indian Village Food

With every blog post I write and every video I publish, I want to inspire others—especially those from small towns or non-English backgrounds—who dream of doing something different in life.

You can watch a video from my Youtube Channel. I am sharing my lifestyle. In this video we are fishing and others.

🌱 What I’ve Learned

Here are a few lessons my journey has taught me:

  • Your background doesn’t define your future.
  • Skills are more powerful than degrees in the long run.
  • Creativity can open doors where language cannot.
  • Hardship often leads to the most meaningful growth.
  • A single act of kindness can change someone’s entire life.

🚀 What’s Next?

The journey isn’t over. I’m continuing to learn, explore, and build something meaningful every day. My dream is to grow as a creative entrepreneur, launch online courses, and collaborate with other creators to share knowledge and culture with the world.

If you’re someone who’s facing a rough start, don’t give up. Keep learning, stay consistent, and follow your passion—just like I did.

Thank you for reading my story.
