We welcome your submissions! By submitting your video (or clip) to Funny Fails, you accept the terms below.
1. Submission Methods
You can submit your video via email, contact form, shared link, or other channels we provide. When you submit, you must follow our format guidelines (see below).
2. Ownership & Rights You Grant
- You assert that you are the original creator of the video or that you hold the rights/permissions to submit it.
- You grant Asgar Molla / asgarmolla.com a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, publish, and monetize the clip across all platforms (website, YouTube, social media, promotional content).
- We may (but are not obligated to) attribute you (by name, handle, or link) when possible.
- You retain ownership of your content, subject to the granted license.
3. Content Requirements & Restrictions
You agree that your submitted video:
Does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
Does not contain violence, hate speech, explicit, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
Is appropriate for general audiences.
You have all necessary consents (if minors appear, you have guardian permission).
4. Editing, Use & Monetization
We reserve the right to edit, clip, combine, add effects, or otherwise alter your submission to fit the format.
We may monetize (ads or sponsorship) the content containing your clip.
You may or may not receive compensation (depending on our policy) — but you will not charge us later if you submit under this policy.
We do not guarantee your video will be published or used.
5. Removal, Withdrawal & Requests
- If you wish to withdraw or request removal of your submitted content, contact us with sufficient proof of ownership.
- We will review and may remove the content at our discretion, but we are not obliged to do so immediately.
- Once removed, new uses of that content must not occur after removal, but prior published uses may remain.
6. Limitation & Disclaimers
We don’t guarantee that your submission will be used, published, or monetized.
We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from use (or non-use) of your submission.
We are not responsible for third-party claims against your submission.
7. Format & Technical Guidelines
You may include a section with format guidelines, e.g.:
- Video formats accepted: MP4, MOV, etc.
- Maximum file size, resolution, aspect ratio.
- Duration limits (e.g. < 2 min)
- Preferably include your name / social handle or watermark (optional).
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Submission Policy at any time. Revised version will have updated date. Continued submissions after changes constitute acceptance.
